Author‘s Comments
Though the overall quality of publication process and the editorial processing of the paper was reasonable, the peer review time is too long especially for the invited articles while non-commissioned papers get quick peer review as the reviewers are paid. Journal should seriously consider more qualified peer reviewers and EB members to ensure the quality of peer reviews are of good quality and the papers are published on a timely manner.
